An evening full of impressions.. Večer plný zážitků..

Wow this afternoon/evening/night was full of exciting moments. Sebastian was at school as usually in the afternoons. We set a rendezvous in the university basement to go to a dinner in the restaurant close by after his classes. I settled off for a subway early enough (surprisingly) and took the line E which I do not use otherwise. Its nicer and one feels more safe there. When getting out of the subway I spotted this police truck and the horses.. (look at the pics) ..it took me a while to understand what was going on :-D ..cool.. ! 

I got to the university and found the given Coffee/Buffet. First time actually seeing the building from inside. Another strong impression as I commented bellow the pics. Nevertheless it felt good. I bought a coffee with milk and sat on the stairs in front of the shop since it was full. The coffee was surprisingly very good. I listened music and edited previously taken photos being inspired to share all this. 

Sebastian came soon enough and we went to the dinner. It was a place just behind the corner and almost full. It got full during the time we were there. I wished to drink a wine and Sebastian choose the food. We have pretty similar taste when it comes to food (actually almost with everything) and moreover he knows much more better what is on the menu. It was delicious and just the right amount (that is an improvement..we could move afterwards :-D ). Finishing the food we decided to have a drink at a bar. There is this beer bar on the way home but was totally full - the tables and chairs and THEY DO NOT LET YOU DRINK YOUR BEER JUST STANDING WITHOUT CHAIR.. ! can you get it?? :-))) So we ended up in San Telmo in a lovely cocktail bar. Almost exclusive guests but the bartenders were very nice and so were the drinks. Sebastian drank Jameson and I took a cocktail reminiscent of gin and tonic. 

During all the time we of course lead an interesting conversation. About many things including library ordering, the different approaches of different people (yes Sebastian had just after the classes :-D ), food, our relationship, fears, tendencies, reviews of us.. all entwined by personal passed stories.

At last we were at home.. I felt like "finally" having gin and tonic - the original version ;) and we were listening and watching some music clips on youtube.. and yes, the date ended up exactly how it is supposed to.. ;-)

Wow, tohle odpoledne/večer/noc byly plné vzrušujících okamžiků. Sebastian byl jako obvykle po odpoledních ve škole. Domluvili jsme si rande v suterénu školy, abychom po jeho hodině šli na večeři do restaurace poblíž. Vyšla jsem na metro včas (překvapivě) a jela linkou E, kterou jinak nepoužívám. Je hezčí a člověk se v ní cítí bezpečněji. Když jsem vyšla z metra, zahlédla jsem tenhle policejní kamion a následně ty koně.. (mrkněte na fotky)... trvalo mi to notnou chvíli, než mi došlo, co se děje :-D .. boží.. !

Dostala jsem se na universitu a našla danou kavárnu/bufet. Spatřící vlastně poprvé vnitřek budovy. Další silný zážitek, jak jsem okomentovala pod fotkou. Nicméně jsem se tam cítila dobře. Koupila jsem si kávu s mlékem a posadila se na schody před kavárnou, jelikož bylo plno. Káva byla překvapivě moc dobrá. Poslouchala jsem muziku a upravovala právě pořízené fotky inspirovaná všechno to sdílet. 

Sebastian přišel brzy a vydali jsme se na večeři. Místo bylo za rohem a téměř plné. Zaplnilo se zcela během té doby, co jsme tam seděli. Já si byla jistá pouze, že chci pít víno, a Sebastian vybral jídlo. Co se týče jídla máme velice podobné chutě (no vlastně co se týče skoro všeho). K tomu on ví mnohem lépe co je na jídelníčku. Jídlo bylo vynikající a právě to správné množství (to je vylepšení... mohli jsme se potom i hýbat :-D ) Po dojedení jsme se rozhodli dát si skleničku v baru. Je tu ten pivní bar po cestě na zpět, ale bylo úplně plno - stoly a židle a NENECHAJÍ VÁS JEN TAK PÍT PIVO VE STOJE BEZ ŽIDLE.. ! chápete to?? :-))) Takže jsme skončili v San Telmu v kouzelném koktejl baru. Téměř jako exkluzivní hosté, ale číšníci byli velice příjemní a stejně tak pití. Sebastian si dal Jamesona a já koktejl typu gin and tonic. 

Po celou tu dobu jsme samozřejmě vedli zajímavé rozhovory. O spoustě věcí včetně uspořádání knihovny, rozdílném přístupu rozdílných lidí (ano, Sebastian měl akorát po škole :-D ), jídle, našem vztahu, obavách, tendencích, rekapitulaci nás.. všechno propletené osobními historkami.. 

 Nakonec jsme byli doma. Dala jsem si "konečně" gin s tonikem - tu originální verzi ;). Poslouchali a koukali jsme na hudební videa na youtube.. a ano, rande bylo zakončeno přesně tak, jak má býti.. ;)

After visiting a tax office, on the street S:"We are going home now?" P:"Yes but I´m hungry."..and Sebastian just immediately took me to the first coffee close by. Smoothie and medialunas.. I have a very wise man.. <3

Po návštěvě daňového úřadu, na ulici S:"Teď jedeme domů?" P:"Jo, ale mám hlad." ..a Sebastian mi okamžitě vzal do nejbližší kavárny. Smoothie a medialunas.. Mám velice moudrého chlapa.. <3

The buffet on the right side with a whole corridor.. apparently this faculty does not belong to the rich ones..its very nice atmosphere there..(not just because the good coffee ;) )

Bufet na pravo, pohled na celou chodbu..očividně tahle fakulta nepatří mezi ty bohaté.. je tu velice milá atmosféra.. (a ne jen pro to dobré kafe ;) )

At the dinner..parrilla (grill)..a typical grill restaurant..and a very typical menu: Provoleta (a special variant of provolone cheese prepared on grill - my most favorite part of all the dinner :-D ), Entranas (muscles corresponding the diaphragm of the cow), matambre (muscles covering the ribs)..and red wine - for sure..

Na večeři..parrilla (grill)..typický gril restaurant..a velice typické menu: Provoleta (speciální varianta provoloňského sýru připraveného na grilu - má nejoblíbenější část večeře :-D ), Entranas (svaly podél diafragmy krávy - břišní stěna), Matambre (svaly pokrývající žebra)..a červené víno - samozřejmě..

Haven´t written much personal stuff lately. There is few moments of my days. Without any order or preference.. just like that..
I have a lot of time for myself. Its very interesting. Its great. Its kicking.. yes, you read it right.. let me explain you..
Imagine you do not have to think about those serious issues like money, work, your future, your family, your hobbies, your partner.. (I mean you are not troubled by anything of it.. yes Im a lucky one with a great man on my side I know ).. and what does mind do at that moment? Cannot run after those issues as it used to.. so it tries to find something else to run after. The only direction in this case is IN.. so it goes there. And thats where it starts to be interesting..
As it has already started in Karma Guen I am discovering more about my inner self. And I tell you usually it is not really such a fun. I mean I´m getting aware of many tendencies and habits I have had. And in most of the cases is a bittersweet taste realization. Yet it is great to SEE because how else can we change the things? So I´m watching myself. Sometimes going crazy. Getting a stronger motivation for more meditation ;) ..and you know who is currently the closest one to me? Yes, Sebastian. So he gets the theoretical "swipes and punches". Nevertheless I have to praise him again for all his patience, love and compassion.
To not sound like complaining or unhappy. Most of the time I´m simply enjoying the time and all what is around. This is just the little new observation of my days. After all lets keep cool nothing is under control anyway.. ;)

Poslední dobou jsem tu nebyla moc osobní. Tady je pár okamžiků mých dnů. Bez jakéhokoli řádu či upřednostnění.. prostě jen tak..
Mám hodně času pro sebe. Je to zajímavé. Je to skvělé. Kope to... ano, čtete dobře.. hned Vám to objasním..
Představte si, že nemusíte řešit ty závažný témata jako peníze, práce, Vaše budouctnost, rodina, koníčky, partner.. (řešit v tom slova smyslu, že to všechno momentálně nějak funguje bez větších potíží.. jo, jsem dítě štěstěny se skvělým mužem po boku, já vím) ..a co dělá mysl v této situaci? Nemůže se honit za těmito tématy, jako je zvyklá... tak se snaží najít něco jiného, za čím se hnát. A jediný směr, kterým se může vydat je DOVNITŘ.. a taky že to udělá.. a tady to začíná být zajímavé..
Jak to již začalo v Karma Guenu, dozvídám se stále více o mém vlastním já. A mohu Vám říci, že to povětšinou není až taková zábava. Myslím tím, že si začínám uvědomovat mnoho svých tendencí a zvyků. A ve většině případů tohle uvědomění chutná hořkosladce. Přesto je úžasné VIDĚT, protože jak jinak můžeme věci změnit? Tak se pozoruji. Někdy blázním. Mám silnější motivaci více meditovat ;) ..a víte, kdo je mi momentálně nejblíže? Ano, Sebastian. Takže dostává ty imaginární " výpady a údery". Nicméně ho musím opět opěvovat za všechnu jeho trpělivost, lásku a soucit.
Abych nezněla, že si stěžuji nebo jsem nešťastná. Většinu času si prostě jednuduše užívám všechno, co je kolem. Tohle je jen nové nevelké pozorování mých dnů. Nakonec můžeme zůstat v klidu, stejně nic není pod kontrolou.. ;)

I love this kind of libraries. with clasical books, intresting books, intelectual books..and some more place for all the little "mess" like candles and box of sweets.. :-)

Miluji tenhle typ knihovny..s klasickými díly, zajímavými knížkami, intelektuálními knížkami..a trochou místa na všechen ten malý "nepořádek" jako svíčky a krabička s bombony.. :-)

 Im was told I have already become a master of mate in our household.. ehm. not sure if this is a wicked trick from Sebastian´s side.. :-D .. anyway I have gotten used to that beverage and found its beauty with all its changes during drinking.. the strong typical taste on the beginning..the smooth taste in the middle and the slight scent of its taste on the end of drinking it.. It never gets boring.. gives you kick up if needed.. Yes, I do like it! :-)

Bylo mi řečeno, že jsem se již stala mistrem maté v naší domáctnosti.. ehm.. tak si nejsem jistá, jestli to není ze Sebastianovo strany vychytralý trik.. :-D ..nicméně jsem si již přivykla na tenhle nápoj a objevila jeho krásu se všemi změnami během konzumace.. tu silou typickou chuť na začátku.. jemnou chuť uprostřed a náznak chuti na konci jeho pití.. Nikdy se neomrzí.. nakopne vás, jeli to potřeba.. Ano, vážně mi chutná! :-)

BAGNA CAUDA..

I think it was the second week I was here when I prepared a garlic bread spread. That reminded Sebastian an old food of his childhood - with origin in Italy - bagna cauda alias hot bath. So he explained me what was it and I naturally I got excited and wanted to try. Few weeks later while having dinner and great time with his "aunt" Laura and Franca (the second sister) that topic came up again. And since Laura is never far away from any action - the crazier the better - we talked Sebastian into cooking that for us as soon as possible.
Two or three weeks after as the right man of action once promised Sebastian cooked this mysterious food for us. There is amazing amount of garlic in it in combination with the second main ingredient anchovies. The whole food is like a special kind of fondue. In the main garlic sauce one soaks pieces of vegetable (all kind of, according to your taste) while helping oneself with a piece of bread to not mess with the sauce everywhere around.. (I didnt manage myself and of course very soon had the sauce at my dress..ehm.. :-o :-D ) The final effect is perfect. I hope you can get a glimpse of the idea from the pics.

Myslím, že to bylo ten druhý týden, co jsem tu byla, když jsem udělala česnekovou pomazánku. Sebastianovi to připomnělo starobylé jídlo z jeho dětství - původem z Itálie - bagna cauda neboli horká koupel. Takže mi vysvětlil, o co jde, a já jsem přirozeně byla nadšená a chtěla jídlo vyzkoušet. O pár týdnů později, když jsme byli na večeři s "tetičkou" Laurou a Francou (druhá sestra), přišlo tohle téma opět na řadu. A jelikož Laura není nikdy daleko od žádné akce - čím bláznivější, tím lepší - přemluvily jsme Sebastiana, aby nám to uvařil co nejdřive to bude možné.
Dva nebo tři týdny později, jako správný muž činu, jak jednou slíbil, pro nás Sebastian tohle jídlo vařil. Je v něm neuvěřitelné množství česneku v kombinaci s druhou hlavní surovinou, ančovičkami. Celé jídlo je jako speciální druh fondue. V té hlavní česnekové omáčce si člověk namáčí kousky zeleniny (jakékoli možné, dle chuti) zatímce se snaží pomáhat si kouskem chleba nebryndat všude kolem.. (já to samozřejmě nedala a velice záhy jsem měla omáčku na šatech, že.. ehm.. :-o :-D ) Konečný efekt byl dokonalý. Doufám, že můžete nádech celé té myšlenky pocítit z fotek.
