Buenos Aires - new meditation centre opening.. Buenos Aires - otevírání nového meditačního centra

On friday 22th of May we had an official opening of the new centre in Buenos Aires. Or better say a meditational branch of the current one. It located in the north part of BA meanwhile the main centre is rather in the centre of BA. I have to admit Im just slowly getting to understand the wastness of the city. We drove there with Sebastian on the moto.. and it took us more than an hour (ok, the speed is limited because of the traffic but still we were not sooo slow) just to get there.. and as I was told it was far away from being on the real end of the city.. hihi..
Anyway - friends here did really a great job - the place is very nice, next to a big university, on a little square with children playing in front and students everywhere.. they were as well very fast with whole the process at least what I have seen.. In a big city like BA is is neccessary to have more place for a meditation..one really doesn´t want to spent more hours in the traffic outside than already does..

The beautiful new centre.. guys did a great job here.. it was just a simple old room.. so they reconstructed the floor, ceiling with "soffits" and walls.. the place already has very nice energy.. 

Krásné nové centrum.. kamarády tu odvedli skvělou práci..byla to jen obyčejná stará místnost..takže zrekonstruovali podlahu, strop s podhledy a stěny.. místo má moc příjemnou energii..

Of course to complete the right opening centre celebration we had a little chill out on the huge balcony there after meditation. 100% Argentinian with empanadas and good drink.. ;)

Samozřejmě k zakončení té správné oslavy otevření centra jsme na tamějším obrovském balconu měli po meditaci malý večírek. 100% argentinský s empanadami a dobrým pitím.. ;)

The differences - part II. .. Rozdíly - část II.

Here is some more observations I have made last weeks.. There is no order in it and many things Im just not remembering or not noticing yet.. Im sure I will give you some more differences soon again.

1.  don´t taking off the shoes in flat - nobody takes off the shoes in their flats. Even though the streets are dirty (as every street naturally is). I guess Im  too lazy clean the flat so often to keep this habit.. ;)
2. horrible shoes fasion - when talking about shoes i cannot not mention the horrible style which is at least here everywhere. It looks like one has no chance to buy different shoes than either a kind of sneakers or very heavy looking platform "hightheel"shoes.. 
3. only one cheek kiss - on contrary to France (3x) or Spain (2x) here you kiss only once when being introduced or meeting somebody new..
4. tango - mostly only for foreigners as I was told.. Of course you find locals who dance but scarcely..
5. trash bins in the house corridor - in our house, a typical old apartment house, there is a trash bin on the corridor of each floor. It means you do not have to run out to take your trash away. What a luxury..
6. tea candles without the metallic casing - I was very surprised to see there is only one metallic casing in the package of ten candles.Why not safe everywhere..
7. most of the food in the shop is only in simple plastic bags - the last point reminded me this fact which I´m rather happy for. From the ecological side its very nice. As well it is practical because you do not have to pay for all the fancy looking complicated packages.  
8. "Porteno" (with the spanish pronunciantion´s sign like wave over "n")  = a name of locals, people of Buenos Aires.. I wouldn´t figure this out..

Tady je několik dalších pozorování z mých posledních pár týdnů.. Není v nich žádný systém a jistě jsem jich spousty nevzpomněla či je ještě nezaznamenala. Jsem si jistá, že Vám zase brzy napíši další várku rozdílů.

1. nezouvání se v bytě - nikdo si ve vlastním bytě nezouvá boty. I přesto, že jsou ulice špinavé (jako každá ulice přirozeně je). Řekla bych, že jsem příliš líná uklízet tak často, abych tento zvyk dodržovala.. ;)
2. hrozná móda u bot - když mluvím o botách, nemohu si nevzpomenout na hrozný styl bot, který je přinejmenším tady, všudypřítomný. Vypadá to, že člověk nemá jinou šanci než si koupit buď něco jako plátěnky nebo velice drsně vyhlížející dámské boty na platformě/podpadku..
3. pouze jeden polibek na tvář - na rozdíl od Francie (3x) či Španělska (2x) tady se při seznamování líbá pouze jedenkrát..
4. tango - většinou pouze pro cizince, jak mi bylo řečeno.. Samozřejmě můžete najít i místní, kteří tančí, ale vzácně..
5. odpadkové koše v chodbě domu - v našem domě, typickém starém činžovním domě, je v každém patře na chodbě větší koš. Znamená to, že nemusíte běhat ven, když chcete vynést koš. Jaký to luxus..
6. čajové svíčky bez kovového kelímku (netuším, jak to nazvat) - byla jsem překvapená, když jsem viděla, že v balení deseti čaj. svíček je pouze jeden ochranný kelímek. Proč neušetřit všude..
7. většina jídla v obchodech je pouze v jednoduchých plastových pytlících - poslední bod mi připomněl fakt, který se mi docela líbí. Z ekologického hlediska je to velmi pěkné. Také je to velice praktické, protože člověk nemusí platit za všechny ty pěkně vypadající složitá balení.
8. "Porteno" (s tím španělským znamením výslovnosti jako vlnovka nad "n")  =  jméno pro místní obyvatele, lidi z Buenos Aires.. Tohle bych sama nevymyslela..

Not in the topic but some more pics from Palermo night.. We simply had to go into this restaurant (who do not know Sebastian´s surname is Gonzales ;) )

Mimo téma několik obrázků z večera v Palermu.. Jednoduše jsme do téhle restaurace museli zajít (kdo neví, příjmení Sebastiana je Gonzales ;) )

 We didnt have electricity for few days remember? So one morning we went to visit Franca in her lovely apartment (Sebastian´s sister) and worked there for a while.. (OK, OK, Sebastian worked :-D ) with a rich breakfast a lá "medialunas" and of course - maté.. 

Neměli jsme pár dní elektřinu, pamatujete? Tak jsme jedno ráno šli na návštěvu k France, do jejího krásného bytečku (Sebastianovo sestra) a pracovali chvíli tady..(OK, OK, Sebastian pracoval :-D ) ..s bohatou snídaní a lá "medialunas" a samozřejmě - maté..

On sunday afternoon we decided to have a little walk around our place.. so I could finally again be just mad shooting tourists while Sebastian was showing me different places and taking care that nobody rob me or hit me with car.. hihi..
I tryed to catch at least some impression about the architecture and atmosphere. Still impressed by the combination of beautiful antient dilapidating houses in between new impressive buildings.. We were walking on Corrientes again which is one of the main avenues and as I have already mentioned it a place full of theaters, bookstores and old vinyl records shops..

V neděli odpoledne jsme se rozhodli trošku se tu projít po okolí.. takže jsem zase konečně mohla být bláznivý fotící turista, zatímco Sebastian mi ukazoval rozdílná místa a dával pozor, aby mi nikdo neokradl či mi nesrazil autem.. hihi..
Pokusila jsem se zachytit alespoň nějaké dojmy z architektury a atmosféru. Neustále na mě dělá dojem ta kombinace starých krásných rozpadajících se domů mezi novými působivými budovami.. Procházeli jsme opět po Corrientes, což je jedna z hlavních tříd, a jak jsem již dříve zmínila, místo plné divadel, knihkupectví a obchodů se starými vinyl deskami..

Domy.. a domy.. ta ulice s červeným autem je Corrientes.. a dvě fotky se stejným domem v levé horní části jsou na ukázku, jak je starý dům obklopen novými..

The parliament building..stately.. the street with palms is Avenue of 9th of January, the widest street in the world.. and yes, the omnipresent pigeons here too..

Budova parlamentu..majestátní.. ta ulice s palmami je Třída 9. ledna, nejširší ulice na světě.. a ano, všudypřítomní holubi jsou tady také..

Vstup do jednoho z divadel (zapomněla jsem jeho jméno), nějaké pouliční umění ;) a staré fotky BA - Corrientes, převážně z počátku 20. století - fakt zajímavé dívat se na tu proměnu..

The Cafe of 36 billiards - a very famous place, a picture of metro entrance - the oldest in the city, few evening street views with all the lovely lanterns and very old theater entrance.. 

Kavárna 36 biliárdů - velice slavné místo, fotka vstupu do metra - nejstaršího ve městě, několik pohledů na noční ulici se všemi těmi kouzelnými lucernami a velmi starý vstup do divadla.. 

Some more lost pictures.. down in the right corner you can see this funny little doors which are in all the protective shutters.. and Sebastian showing me this "tempting offers" glued everywhere possible.. ;)

Několik dalších pozapomenutých obrázků.. v pravé dolním rohu můžete vidět srandovní malé dvířka, která jsou na každé z těch ochraných rolet..a Sebastiana, jak mi ukazuje ty "lákavé nabídky" přilepené kdekoli je to možné.. ;)

..and to nobody´s surprise the end of the day we spent in this fantastic ancient old pub. They were specialized for sandwiches and picadas - a kind of typical garnished plate here. So we took a picada - as you can see DELICIOUS.. and their own beer which was very odd and in the same time very tasty.. we will go there definitelly again.. ;)

..a nikoho nepřekvapí, že jsme konec dne strávili v téhle fantastické, starobylé hospodě. Specializované na sendviče a picadas - různé druhy obložených talířů, velim typické. Takže jsme si dali picadu - a můžete vidět, že byla LUXUSNÍ.. a jejich vlastní pivo, které bylo velice zvláštní a zároveň vážně dobré.. rozhodně tam zase zavítáme.. ;)

My first ASADO.. Mé první ASADO..

Asado is somethinkg as a typical argentinian grill. How to explain the importance for a man to be able to make a good asado.. well.. it is VERY IMPORTANT.. :-D ..i have heard explanation - to put it into publishable form - the only things which differs a man from being an animal is to be able to make a good asado..
You can imagine i looked forward to taste my first asado and the more in the given situation when it was my man who was preparing it! Can you see the seriousness of the situation? ;) The plan was to make asado in the centre on the day of HH 17Karmapa´s birthdays. So we did. And you know what? It was perfect.. Sebastian knows what he is doing and he knows it very good too.. ! ;) ..what to say - again it looks like I have a perfect man..

Asado je něco jako typický argentinský grilování. Jak vysvětlit důležitost toho, že je chlap schopný připravit dobré asado.. tedy.. je to VELICE DŮLEŽITÉ.. :-D .. slyšela jsem vysvětlení - dát to do publikovatelného tvaru - jedinou věcí, která odlišuje muže od zvířete je, pokud umí udělat dobré asado..
Můžete si představit, jak jsem se těšila na ochutnání svého prvního asada a obzláště za situace, kdy jej připravoval můj chlap. Je jasná závažnost situace? ;) Plánem bylo udělat asado v centru v den narozenin HH 17Karmapy. Tak jsme ho udělali. A víte co? Bylo perfektní.. Sebastian ví moc dobře, co dělá a taky to moc dobře ví.. ! ;) ..co říci - opět to vypadá, že mám dokonalého chlapa..

Tigre - a river delta of hundred islands .. Tigre - říční delta stovky ostrovů..

Yesterday we went to a trip to Tigre. Its a place very close to Buenos Aires, on the confluence of two rives - Río Luján and Río Sarmiento. It consist of at least hundred of islands. Its beautiful place. It was obviously mainly inhabited by Englishmen. Old sailor´s clubs everywhere around. The atmosphere is very calm. Further on the little river arms one can see very poor places and basically people really living here are not rich. But still (or because of it) one has a warm feeling of friendship atmosphere here..
Later on Sebastian took me to the Mercado de Frutas - Fruit market. Its an old name according to the way of use but nowadays one can find all kinds of goods there. Mostly household stuff.. vivat vintage style.. (the prizes are the same crazy for "new old stuff" as in Europe dont worry.. ;) )
It was as well a little celebration of being three months together with Sebastian..including the Skype time of course.. still it looks for both of us as one of the best decisions in our lifes..

Včera jsme se vydali na výlet do Tigre. Tohle místo je velice blízko Buenos Aires, na soutouku dvou řek - Río Luján a Río Sarmiento. Je tvořeno přinejmenším stovkou ostrovů. Je to krásné místo. Očividně bylo  osídleno převážně Angličany. Staré jachetní kluby všude kolem. Atmosféra je velmi klidná. Dále na těch malých říčních raménkách může člověk vidět velmi chudá místa a lidé, kteří zde doopravdy žijí, nejsou bohatí. Ale přesto (či právě proto) tu má člověk hřejivý pocit přátelské atmosféry..
Později mi Sebastian vzal do Mercado de Frutas - Ovocná tržnice. Je to staré pojménování podle dřívějšího využití. Dneska tam člověk najde všechno možné zboží. Převážně vybavení do domáctnosti.. ať žije vintage (jako starobylý) styl..(ceny za tyhle "nové staré věci" jsou stejně šílené jako v Evropě, nebojte.. ;) )
Také to byla malá oslava, že jsme se Sebastianem spolu tři měsíce. Včetně Skype období samozřejmě.. a pořád to vypadá, že pro oba z nás to bylo jedno z nejlepších rozhodnutí v našem životě..

The river.. the beautiful building here is a museum of art but we didnt go there this time..the water is not dirty but coloured by the soil.. 

Řeka.. ta krásná budova je muzeum umění, ale tentokrát jsme se tam nedostali..voda není špinavá, ale zabarvená půdou..

 Floating between the islands..the banks are dotted with little cottages and each of them has its little own port - exactly for the "bus boat" we were going with.. 

Plavení se mezi ostrůvky.. břehy jsou poseté malými chatičkami a každá z nich má svůj malý vlastní přístávek - přesně pro tu "autobus - loď" se kterou jsme jeli..

Some more pics.. it was a perfect weather and so many interesting things to see and experience.. you can see the autumn colourings is coming too..

The fruit market..alias houshold shopping paradise ;) ..the dogs were lying on every second corner all in the same position, interesting.. 

Ovocná tržnice.. neboli ráj nákupů pro domáctnost ;) ..ti psi leželi na každém druhém rohu a všichni ve stejných pozicích, zajímavé..

 A drink in a bar on the river bank with great view at all the passing ships and boats could not be missing..
Drink v baru na břehu s krásným výhledem na všechny projíždějící lodě a čluny nesměl chybět..

It looks like we are only eating.. ehm.. OK, we are enjoying the food a lot, thats true. And as well its the most photogenic shooting target ;-) But to at least give you an idea how our days look like except of amazing gourmet experiences -  Sebastian works and goes to school later on during most of the week afternoons/evenings. So morning we have had for ourselfes, to sleep long, enjoy each other ;-) and meditate.. When Im alone Im working on my spanish, communicating here or with Skype etc or going slowly a little out on my own.. like the other day I went to run.. you should have seen that! I was too proud and lazy to check the map so I ended up in different "little park" which was actually not a park but a little poor square with few trees and children place in the middle..i was not so surprised because thats how it is often here.. so i run there.. hihihi.. the only person so of course i looked like totally crazy tourist! :-D Later on Sebastian reminded me that the place he recommended me was three blocks further and much bigger and more common for people taking some exercises.. oups.. :-D
Since yesterday we do not have electricity because there is some problems around. Tomorrow they are going to fix it.. hopefully.. so three days without electricity..hihi.. why not.. internet in Francas place now (Sebastian´s sister) and romantic evening with candles.. how bad.. :-)
